Seth spent the entirety of his career handling appeals and complex motion practice in state and federal courts.  His practice spans multiple areas of law, including medical and other professional malpractice; construction law; insurance coverage disputes; employment law; general negligence; products liability; asbestos; trust and estates; real property disputes; and commercial litigation. He has handled appeals before all four Departments of New York’s Appellate Division, the New York Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Before joining MLN in 2013, Seth headed the appeals department for a large Long Island litigation firm. From 2014-2022, Super Lawyers named him a Rising Star as one of the top attorneys in New York under the age of 40.  He has also served as the co-chairman of the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Committee and given numerous lectures on a wide variety of legal issues. Seth is also a former member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR).

Seth graduated from the State University of New York at Albany, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in political science.  He attended Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and graduated cum laude.
