Jamie focuses her practice mainly on drafting appeals, legal research, and developing strategies to provide support in COVID-19 statutory immunity cases.

Prior to joining MLN, Jamie worked as an associate for a prominent Long Island law firm, where she focused her practice on federal civil litigation involving large-scale insurance fraud matters under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Jamie also previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where she acted as lead counsel in numerous jury and non-jury trials, and was responsible for all aspects of litigation, including investigations, motion practice, evidentiary hearings, and plea negotiations.

Jamie graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, English & Textual Studies, and Magazine Journalism. She went on to receive her law degree from Duke University School of Law, where she served as President of the Mock Trial Board.
