Prior to joining MLN, Catherine worked for over a decade in a large litigation firm in the areas of Appellate Practice/Trial Support and Insurance Coverage. She has handled appeals and motions in all practice areas including complex insurance coverage matters, the World Trade Center disaster litigation with regard to both the bodily injury claims and insurance coverage disputes, construction site accidents, premises liability cases, automotive accidents, real property disputes and discrimination.

Catherine was selected in 2016 as an Outstanding Women in Law by the Hofstra University School of Law, Center for Children, Families and the Law and was named in 2013 as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for the New York Metro region in the area of Insurance Coverage.

Catherine earned her law degree from the St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from St. John’s University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a major in Government and Politics and a minor in the Philosophy of Law. During law school, Catherine was an Associate Articles Editor for the New York International Law Review.

Catherine is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
