Robert focuses his practice mainly within the firm’s national damages mitigation program. Robert has experience with drafting motions and evaluations, legal research, and developing strategies in attacking life care plans and assessing collateral sources.
Robert graduated from SUNY Farmingdale State College with a Bachelor of Science in business management and organizational leadership. He later received a Juris Doctorate from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While in law school, Robert serviced as a Research Editor for the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal. Prior to joining the firm, Robert served as an intern in the Queens County Supreme Court for the Honorable Tracy A. Catapano-Fox, J.S.C.
