MLN is a national appellate and litigation strategy firm. Our attorneys brief and argue appeals in state and federal courts, advise trial teams on dispositive motions and record preservation, and evaluate damages and coverage exposure in complex matters.

Because the practice is built on writing and analysis, associates work directly with partners on the issues that shape outcomes rather than on the periphery of a case. Former appellate court law clerks and experienced advocates work side by side, and that mix defines how we train.
