Seth M. Weinberg
Prior to joining MLN in 2013 and becoming a partner in 2017, Seth was an associate, and ultimately headed, the appeals department for a large Long Island litigation firm. Seth spent the entirety of his career handling appeals and complex motion practice in state and federal courts. His practice spans multiple areas of law, including medical and other professional malpractice; construction law; employment law; general negligence; products liability; asbestos; trust and estates; real property disputes; and commercial litigation.
From 2014-2017, Super Lawyers named Seth as a Rising Star in its Metro Edition as one of the top attorneys in New York under the age of 40. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state were selected to the list. He has also served as the co-chairman of the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Committee and given numerous lectures on a wide variety of legal issues. Seth is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR).
Seth graduated from the State University of New York at Albany, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in political science. He attended Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and graduated cum laude.
