Gregory A. Cascino
Greg began his legal career clerking for United States District Court Judge John T. Elfvin, of the Western District of New York. After completing his federal clerkship, he served as a Court Attorney at the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department where he prepared confidential reports for the Appellate Justices in a wide range of practice areas. Since entering private practice more than a decade ago, he has briefed and argued appeals in all four Departments of the Appellate Division and is credited with approximately 150 reported appellate decisions.
Greg received his J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law where he was a Notes and Comments Editor of Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
