Dan received his law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as the Articles Editor of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and competed in both the Hofstra Moot Court Competition and Hofstra Trial Advocacy Competition. He earned his B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland where he also played Lacrosse.
While attending law school, Daniel clerked for a highly regarded plaintiff’s personal injury firm as well as a midsize insurance defense firm, giving him exposure to litigation from both sides of the docket. He also spent a semester working for the Hon. Louis A. Scarella, United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York. Since joining MLN, Dan has spent most of his time assisting with appeals and drafting legal memoranda.
Dan recently passed the New York State bar exam and is currently awaiting admission.
