Jennifer B. Ettenger first joined Mauro Lilling Naparty LLP as an associate in 2002 after leaving her position as a Senior Court Attorney at the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department. In 2005, Ms. Ettenger left MLN to serve as in-house appellate counsel for Tower Insurance Company, handling the majority of its appeals. Jennifer also provided significant litigation support to Tower’s claims department and outside counsel. In 2010, she rejoined the MLN team as Of Counsel and continues to brief and argue appeals in a variety of practice areas, including labor law, medical malpractice, general negligence and commercial litigation.
