Prior to joining MLN, Adam was an associate with Milberg LLP, where he focused on the litigation of complex matters including securities matters, consumer class actions, privacy litigation, and eDiscovery. Adam gained substantial experience at nearly every phase of litigation, litigating several complex cases to the eve of trial and on appeal.
Adam earned his law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Baruch College, majoring in Finance and Investments and minoring in Economics.
Before entering law school, Adam worked for a commercial loan brokerage firm analyzing and closing millions of dollars in commercial credit facilities for businesses and real estate investors around the country. During law school Adam won Hofstra’s Spring 1L Moot Court Competition, earning him a spot on Hofstra’s most prestigious moot court team, competing twice in Vienna, Austria. Adam also interned with the Honorable Joanna Seybert in the Eastern District of New York and was a Summer Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, Adam was an Associate Editor of the Journal of International Business and Law and Treasurer of the Student Bar Association.
Adam was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for the New York Metro region in both 2014 and 2015.
Adam is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
